Shrimp Salad Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp
- Mayo
- Butter
- Celery Stalks
- Fresh Dill
- Red Onion
- Garlic Salt
- Onion Salt
- White Pepper
- 1 pkg Buns
Instructions
Dice red onion and celery stalks then set aside in a medium bowl
In a Large Skillet Sautee the one pound of Shrimp in butter add garlic salt, onion salt, and white pepper cook until tender
Once the shrimp is done set aside on a sheet pan covered with paper towel and allow it to cool
While the shrimp cools in the same skillet, butter and toast buns and set aside
Now in the bowl of red onion and celery add shrimp and stir in mayo one Tablespoon at a time until the shrimp is coated and binds together with the veggies then last add fresh dill cover bowl with a seal tight lid refrigerate for one hour and serve on buttery toasted buns.
